The developer of the proposed pylon development across the Ettrick and Yarrow valleys, Scottish Power Energy Networks (SPEN) has recently sent round revised plans for their Cross Border Connection (CBC). SPEN will be attending the Ettrick & Yarrow Community Council Meeting on Monday the 7th of April Community Council Meeting Commences at 6.30pm with SPEN presentation at 7pm in Yarrow Hall in Yarrow Feus, TD7 5NE.
