Ease into summer with gentle movement, calm energy, and lighter evenings.
Following a lovely 6-session spring block, Andrea Beavon of Eildon Yoga is continuing the journey with a special summer extension at Yarrow Hall. This next series of sessions is all about keeping the momentum going — helping you stay grounded, flexible, and energised as the season moves towards summer.
