Ease into autumn and towards Christmas with gentle movement and calm energy.
Following our summer block, Andrea Beavon of Eildon Yoga is continuing the journey with an autumn extension at Yarrow Hall. This next series of sessions is all about keeping the momentum going — helping you stay grounded, flexible, and energised as the season moves towards winter.
Whether you’ve been coming along already, are returning after a break, or would simply love a calm, welcoming space to move and breathe, you are very welcome to join us.
