Exciting news! Yarrow Hall is looking to host a new series of Circuit Training Classes, starting in April—possibly on Sunday mornings for an hour. Led by our very own resident PT, Julieanne, these sessions will help you build strength, boost endurance, and feel amazing!


🔥 What to Expect:

Warm-Up: Get your body moving with dynamic stretches & mobility exercises

Full-Body Circuit: Blast through 12 exercise stations at your own pace. Choose high, medium, or low intensity, bodyweight or use the equipment provided.


Squats | Steps | Shoulders | Plank | Lunges | Mountain Climbers | Core | Triceps | Biceps | Chest | Legs
